Dianne Grote Adams comes from a family of entrepreneurs, so it was no surprise when she started Safex Inc. Thirty years later, Safex is a leading health & safety consulting company that helps manufacturers & construction companies keep workers safe. She founded Safex because she couldn’t find fulfilling part-time work as a mom. As a result, her team includes part-time working parents, retirees, and full-time consultants. Dianne inspires the next generation by mentoring & as an adjunct professor.
