9:00am – 10:00am: Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Informational Program brings to the forefront of the workplace mindfulness about overwhelming numbers and types of mental health disorders and best practice ways to deal with challenges.
10:30am – 12:30pm – Vital Cog gives participants a 2-hour training on skills and tools to appreciate the critical need for suicide prevention while creating a forum for dialogue and critical thinking about workplace mental health challenges, and by promoting help-seeking and help-giving. With a focus of general workplace.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for this course.

2. Be more aware of and know best ways to react to mental health issues that may be present in the workplace.
3. Comprehend that people with mental health disorders can be effective contributors to the workforce..
4. Learn how to dispel rumors that circulate about mental illness, easing how the rumors feed stigmas for the affected.
5. Become familiar with various mental health disorders and their symptoms.
6. Consider how all of us are prone to mental health disorders.

Regina is a certified Adult, Youth, and Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor, accredited by the National Council for Behavioral Health. Furthermore, ORB Consulting, LLC collaborates with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and Mental Health America of Ohio to deliver comprehensive mental health instruction, guidance, and education. Through the University of Colorado, Department of Psychiatry, Johnson Depression Center, ORB Consulting, LLC recently expanded its offerings to include VitalCog: Suicide Prevention in the Workplace and Construction training.
Tracee L. Black-Fall’s genuine commitment to educate and advocate for individuals that live with substance use disorders and mental health conditions has led her to a new venture with Safex, Inc. and ORB Consulting, LLC. Tracee understands the disease of addiction and the effect it can have on individuals and families, thus igniting her passion to ensure companies receive education and are aware of the impact it can have on individuals and the workplace. Through support and partnerships with NAMI of Franklin County, Multiethnic Advocates for Cultural Competence and Case Western Reserve University and former State Senator Ray Miller, she has provided leadership training to youth and families impacted by substance use and mental health conditions locally, statewide, and nationally.
Tracee graduated Cum Laude from Columbus State Community College in Applied Science. She is also a graduate of The Ohio State University John Glenn Institute for Public Service and Public Policy, Leadership Academy. Tracee is a certified Adult, Youth, and Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Well Being. Additionally, she completed The Ohio State University, School of Nursing, Community Health Worker Certificate program and is a certified Family Peer Supporter. Tracee received a certification for suicide prevention in the workplace. She received an additional certificate specific to suicide prevention in the construction industry. Tracee’s work has been nationally recognized. She has received several awards, including the “Voice Award,” with national recognition for her advocacy work from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in Los Angeles, California.
She is an active community partner in education and advocacy with the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Franklin County, Ohio Mental Health Network for School Success, and Mental Health America of Ohio. She serves on numerous boards and community collaboratives.
