This virtual course is comprised of two sections. The first hour consists of Mental Health Awareness, followed by a 30 minute break. The second section consists of Vital Cog (construction) training.

9:00am – 10:00am: Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Informational Program brings to the forefront of the workplace mindfulness about overwhelming numbers and types of mental health disorders and best practice ways to deal with challenges.

10:30am – 12:00pm – Vital Cog gives participants a 2-hour training on skills and tools to appreciate the critical need for suicide prevention while creating a forum for dialogue and critical thinking about workplace mental health challenges, and by promoting help-seeking and help-giving. With a focus of general workplace.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion for this course.

Mental Health Awareness (MHA) Informational Program is designed to bring to the forefront of the workplace a mindfulness about the overwhelming numbers and types of mental health disorders and illnesses.

  1. Become familiar with various mental health disorders and their symptoms.

 

  1. Consider how all of us are prone to mental health disorders.
