Our new intern, Evan Matthews, is a people person who is looking to make a positive impact in the world with his environmental and sustainability knowledge.
Evan is a 2020 graduate from Marquette University with dual bachelor’s degrees in environmental studies and sustainability. Before joining Safex in September, he was a health and safety intern at a sign manufacturing facility in Michigan. Evan’s approach to HSE is people-centered—he knows that relationships and communication are key for influencing change. He recently relocated to Columbus after getting married this summer and is involved in his church, disc golf and loves Star Wars.
